Great Grandmaster Fredrick J. Villari is the founder of our Shaolin Kempo Karate system. Great Grandmaster Villari studied many martial arts throughout the world from Chinese Shaolin to Mongolian wrestling and Western Boxing. By combining the lessons and principles of these martial arts and others he developed his famous Four Ways of Fighting. This allowed him to create a martial art that was diverse and adaptable so that it could remain relevant in the modern era.

The list of martial arts studied by Great Grandmaster Villari is extensive. His purpose in among all the training was to find effective movements and techniques to refine his own personal style. Our system is a reflection of the tireless training, experimentation, and effort he has done and continues to do.
