Wing Chun Kung Fu Clinic

Wing Chun Kung Fu is a concept based Chinese martial art and form of self-defense utilizing striking and grappling while specializing in close-range combat. The entire system is comprised of three empty and fourms (Siu Lim Tao, Chum Kiu, and Biu Jee), Muk Yan Jong (Wooden Man Post form), Chi Sao (Sensing Hands), Baat Jaam Dao (Eight Slashing Knives), and Lok Dim Boon Quan (Dragon Staff). This clinic will cover the three basic hand forms: Siu Lim Tao, Chum Kiu, and Biu Jee.
