Adult classes are a great way to learn a variety of skills. We incorporate the four ways of fighting (punching, kicking, grappling and felling) into a unified style. The five animals help teach unique ways of moving while providing effective self defense. Students will also improve their flexibility, balance, and motor skills all through the process of practicing their moves. For many people martial arts classes also relieve stress. It’s also a great way to meet new people.
