Master Alan White
“Martial Arts is really a personal journey. As an instructor I can share techniques and I can share stories. But a big part of what I get to do is help students discover how much they are capable of. I get to be there supporting them on this journey of accomplishment. My students make me proud of them every single day and it is so rewarding.” ~ Master Alan
Master Alan has studied Shaolin Kempo Karate for 20 years, 15 of which he has been an instructor. He was awarded the rank of master, 5th degree black belt, in November of 2009. In 2011 he was named as one of the Villari Eagles, a list of important Masters and Instructors within the national Villari’s Shaolin Kempo Karate organization. He’s studied a number of martial arts over the years—including Aikido and Kali—and used the experiences to enrich his Shaolin Kempo Karate. With martial arts as a vehicle, he teaches leadership and accountability in the dojo and out of it.
